Pastor Derrell Etheridge
Pastor Derrell Etheridge is ordained by Provident Church Ministries, Inc. He is a native of Middle Georgia and has assisted in ministry for the past 40 years. His experience includes serving as Youth Minister in Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado, as well as working with several Middle Georgia pastors and churches. He beca​me the pastor of Glad Tidings Church Macon in June, 2017.
Pastor Derrell attended the A​ssemblies of God GSOM. He holds an Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy. Pastor Derrell currently holds a National Certification in Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy and continues to work in the medical field, as well as pastor.
Pastor Patricia
Etheridge
Pastor Tricia Etheridge is ordained by Provident Church Ministries, Inc. Her experience entails serving alongside her father, Rev. Raymond Parker and her husband, Rev. Derrell Etheridge as Youth Pastor, Music Minister, and as Counselor. She has led Children's Ministries in Parachute, Colorado (First A/G) and at Living Waters A/G in Perry, Georgia, and has served in many capacities of Church Administration.
Pastor Tricia was ordained and began pastoring alongside her husband in June of 2017 at Glad Tidings Church Macon.
Pastor Tricia attended​ the Assemblies of God GSOM. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education(GCSU) and holds a Master's Degree in Counseling(FVSU). She currently holds Georgia certification in both school counseling and teaching although Pastor Tricia recently retired from the Houston County School System where she served as school counselor for 25 years.

Together, Pastors Derrell and Tricia Etheridge serve from the depths of their hearts to assist others who are in need spiritually, emotionally, and physically. They love the Lord passionately and are willing to serve fully as a vessel of honor on behalf of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Shirley Bowman
Shirley Bowman came to Glad Tidings Church Macon as Worship Leader in December, 2020 . She first sang on stage at age 6. Her parents were ministers which gave her the opportunity to get involved with her passion and love of music. She learned piano in her middle teens and began playing and singing all over Georgia. She moved to Japan with her husband and son and was the former music director of the Base Chapel in Sasebo Japan, from 1999-2006. She has had much experience in building worship teams. Shirley uses her talent solely for the glory of God. Her experience includes playing keyboards and piano with worship teams of churches ranging from mega to small audiences in Portland, Oregon and middle Georgia. Shirley's desire is to be used fully for God's glory and to cause others to draw nigh unto Him during worship in music and in song. We feel very blessed to have someone like Shirley to lead us in worship and use her talents for the glory of God at Glad Tidings Church Macon!
